Proposition DA-21

Help us make Proposition DA-21 a reality!

If passed into law, Proposition DA-21 (Driving Age - 21) will require all Learner's Permits in California to be issued only to people of legal age 21 and above. It will apply retroactively to previously issued permits. It is gaining support with many teachers and adults because it makes our roads, highways, and freeways safer for everyone. The process is beginning to gather enough signatures to put DA-21 on the voter's ballot in California. Contact us if you wish to help gather signatures, or would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Proposition DA-21 committee. Thank you!

  1. i’m glad to hear about DA-21. i’m a student and i don’t think it’s a big deel to wait till i’m 21 to drive. i know people who have been hurt on the road and it’s bad.
